Our services are surprisingly affordable. We charge an hourly rate for services with a reliable estimate of fees. Our rates are realistically geared to the SME clients that we service. Our breadth and depth experience means we have done this before, this allows us to work faster and translates to less billable hours.

We offer a pay as you go model where you use as much or as little as you need. We guarantee that our costs will not exceed 50% of that charged by a contingency based search agency.

About the Principal

James Lukey

I have over twenty years of experience in human resources and employee relations gained in Australia, Malaysia, the United States and Switzerland.

I have worked as a recruiter, labour relations advisor, compensation and benefits specialist, analyst, business partner, Regional Director and Company Officer.

I have always approached human resources as a discipline that is as much about people as it is about information and structure. Ultimately, good human resources, is about making the complex simple and getting people aligned and working toward a shared goal.

Having worked in both large and mid-sized organisations, I firmly believe that good people solutions are applicable globally regardless of business scale. What changes are the nuance and the tactics employed.
